INFORMATION ON THE WAY AND SCOPE OF PROCESSING PERSONAL DATA UNDER THE GENERAL DATA PROTECTION REGULATION 2016/679/EU (GDPR)

Nitama s.r.o., with its registered office at Bukovinka 175, 679 05 Bukovinka, ID No.: 03258793, registered in the Commercial Register kept at the Regional Court in Brno, Section C, Insert 84204 processes your personal data.

Purposes of processing

Nitama s.r.o. processes your personal data as a controller only for the purposes and on the basis of the legal grounds listed below:

  • performance of a contract pursuant to Article 6(1)(b) GDPR
  • marketing – on the basis of your revocable consent pursuant to Article 6(1)(a) GDPR, i.e. in particular offering services, sending information about organised events, services and other activities, including direct marketing by electronic means pursuant to Act No. 480/2004 Coll., on certain information society services

  • business name
  • registered office of the company
  • email address
  • phone number

Form of processing – Nitama s.r.o. will process personal data in electronic form.

Cookies

Nitama s.r.o. uses cookies to track visitor preferences and to optimally design the website accordingly. Cookies are small “files” that are stored on your hard drive. This leads to easier navigation and ensures a high level of user experience on the website. Cookies can be used to determine whether you have already visited our website from your computer. Only the cookie on your computer is identified.

Transfer of personal data to third parties

The processing of personal data is carried out by Nitama s.r.o. and can be accessed by employees of the company. For operations that Nitama s.r.o. is unable to provide with its own services, it uses the following other processors or applications:

  • Microsoft Clarity

Processing of personal data outside the Czech Republic

Your personal data is processed exclusively in the European Union or in countries that provide an adequate level of protection based on a decision of the European Commission.

Duration of processing

Personal data will be processed by Nitama s.r.o. for an indefinite period of time, based on the consent given, until the consent is withdrawn.

Withdrawal of consent

The visitor may withdraw consent to the storage and processing of the above-mentioned personal data or to the sending of commercial communications at any time by sending a message to the company at Bukovinka 175, 679 05 Bukovinka, Czech Republic, or, in the case of processing of personal data for marketing purposes, by using the unsubscribe link in each email received.

The right to access your personal data at Nitama Ltd.

You may at any time request confirmation from Nitama s.r.o. whether or not your personal data is being processed and, if so, for what purposes, to what extent, to whom it is disclosed, how long it will be processed, whether you have the right to rectification, erasure, restriction of processing or to object and from where the personal data was obtained. You also have the right to obtain a copy of your personal data upon request, the first provision is free of charge, and Nitama Ltd. may require reasonable administrative costs for any further provision.

Right to rectification or completion of personal data.

You may at any time request Nitama s.r.o. to correct or supplement your personal data if it was or is inaccurate or incomplete.

Right to erasure of personal data.

Nitama s.r.o. must erase your personal data if it is no longer necessary for the purposes for which it was collected or processed, or if you withdraw your consent and there is no further reason for processing, or there are no overriding legitimate grounds for processing, the processing is unlawful or a legal obligation to do so.

Right to restriction of processing of personal data.

In the event that you contest the accuracy of the personal data, the processing is unlawful, but instead of deleting the personal data you only want to restrict the processing, Nitama s.r.o. no longer needs the personal data for processing purposes but you do or you have objected to the processing pursuant to Article 1.6 (f), Nitama s.r.o. may only store the personal data and further processing is only permitted with your consent or if the data is needed for the establishment, exercise or defence of legal claims.

Right to data portability.

You have the right to obtain your personal data that you have provided to Nitama s.r.o. with your consent to processing or for the purpose of performance of a contract, the data is transmitted in machine-readable form and, if technically feasible, you have the right to have Nitama s.r.o. transfer the data to another controller.

Right to object to the processing of personal data.

You may object to Nitama s.r.o. in writing or electronically to the processing of your personal data, which will ensure that Nitama s.r.o. does not further process the personal data, unless Nitama s.r.o. can demonstrate compelling legitimate grounds for the processing that override your interests or rights and freedoms.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint against the processing of personal data with the Office for Personal Data Protection at: www.uoou.cz.

Silence

Nitama s.r.o. assures that its employees and associates who will process your personal data are obliged to maintain confidentiality of personal data and security measures, the disclosure of which would compromise the security of your personal data. This confidentiality shall continue even after the termination of the contractual relationship with us. Your personal data will not be released to any other third party without your consent.
